• Uploaded images: Processed in real-time on GPU servers. Images are NOT stored after the search completes.
• User fingerprint: A SHA-256 hash of your IP address and browser User-Agent string. Used solely for credit tracking. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Search logs: Timestamp, selected city, result coordinates, and anonymized user fingerprint. Used for security monitoring and abuse detection.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by PayPal. We never see, receive, or store your card numbers, bank details, or PayPal credentials.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers (unless voluntarily provided via contact)
• Uploaded images are not retained after processing
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not use analytics trackers or advertising pixels

3. How We Use Data

• Credit management: To track free and paid search credits per user.
• Security: To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and prevent prohibited use.
• Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized search statistics to improve accuracy and performance.
• Legal compliance: To cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

4. Data Retention

• Search logs: Retained for 90 days for security purposes, then permanently deleted.
• Credit balances: Retained as long as the associated fingerprint is active.
• Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax law (typically 7 years).

5. Third-Party Services

Netryx integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• PayPal: Processes payments. PayPal Privacy Policy
• Modal.com: GPU infrastructure for search processing. Modal Privacy Policy
• Vercel: Website hosting. Vercel Privacy Policy
• Reference Imagery: Publicly available geo-imagery databases are accessed during search. No third-party images are stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights

• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
• You may opt out at any time by simply not using the service.
• EU users: GDPR rights apply, including right of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
• Indian users: Rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 apply.

7. Children

Netryx is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use of Netryx constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
